A great tip for tomato paste is to open both ends of the can and push up one end like a push pop lol It pushes it all out and your not spending so much time trying to scrape the edges.
Depends on the acidity. Keep them refrigerated. The mayo and ranch two weeks at most. The rest seem fairly acidic or sweet and might last longer. As long as everything is very clean and contamination doesn't occur. Typically if I do homemade I try to keep batches small and use them quickly. I like his ketchup recipe however even pro chefs seldom make their own. I discovered this making barbecue sauce, it's just easier to buy your favorite brand and use that rather than make your own. Ketchup is far more complex than what he's done although I'm sure it would be a lot of fun to serve it to your friends. Everybody can make mayo but who the heck makes ketchup
@@AldousHuxleysCatI’m here because I don’t want to buy the unhealthy stuff anymore so I’m interested in the ketchup since my kids love it. All the high fructose corn syrup can’t be escaped in the stores 😢
@@CynthiaMoore-i4k always amuses me when someone responds to a comment from a year or more before. The context of what I said was about practicality. You're certainly free to make ketchup but as I said even professional chefs seldom do. Compared to things consumed daily, most juices or juice products, ketchup isn't something I'd worry about. If your making most of your meals from fresh, whole foods I wouldn't worry about a small amount of ketchup - however, you are free to worry about whatever you please
Could you please do another video. My favorites are Dijon, green goddess dressing, KC Masterpiece sweet honey. Spicy ketchup, A1 thick and bold steak sauce, Hellmanns mayonnaise, cocktail sauce, tarter sauce
Nicely done. Worchester Sauce is pronounced 'Wuss-STer Sauce' (Nobody in the UK says the 'shire' bit at the end, but if we did it would be pronounced 'shear')
molasses is the first step from sugar cane, this is then refined further to make raw sugar, raw sugar is refined more to make white sugar.. brown sugar is white sugar that has had molasses added back to it.
Does anoyone have the measurements? This video is useless without them because you will have to do trial and error. Are they in the cookbook? Need to know before I purachase it.

I guess its nice that you show how to make it but you don't put ingrediant proportions in so people have to guess. your not the only channel to do this, most do. If you're going to do this type of thing you shouldn't withhold the proportions.
Whhyyyy can't Americans pronounce Worcestershire? Is this how minorities feel? Wuster-sher. Anything in England ending in 'Shire' is just pronounced 'Sher', ie. 'Basher', 'Kosher', etc. We are not Hobbits (for better or for worse)!

I bet if you are going to add water to a recipe you could also add some hot water to the can
Everything looks amazing! What kind of shelf/fridge life do homemade condiments have?

If you have an immersion blender, mayo is VERY easy. But you can also use a regular blender or food processor. Much easier than using a whisk
Best video in practical!
How about doing a video about the best food storages, ie; alternatives for plastics.
Great!!! Thanks for sharing Eitan!
Love it looks good!!! Looks really delicious!! 😋😋
Thank you 😋
You are a food Genius 💕💕💕💕

Nahh it’s Wusster or Wusstershur
Looks SO Delicious 😋

Omg the taste testing session at the end was so fun to watch 😊

Quick question eitan, is ur cookbook recipes kosher? Or can I just make them kosher?
Yes! All of the recipes are kosher :)
@@eitan thx so much!! Can’t wait for it to come
I love homemade ketchup. And ranch dressing!
😋
Used to be homemade ranch was the only option
I would love to make them and can some of them
It’s pronounced “Wuss-tuh-sheer”! I’m British so I’d know! I love your videos by the way! 😀
Except we don’t ever say the “shire” part 🤣
The 🐐
You could do a lot of them at the same time on the same stove, it will go faster.
Such a nice video!!! ♥️🌈You have a new subscriber here💐💐
so there's mustard in mayo and ketchup in bbq sauce? wow, i never knew that
Taking some of the seeds, scoop out the middle of peppers
Eitan my friend... for mayo... there is something called a blender. That has been used for mayo for decades...
Hello 8 tunnn
Thanks for the mustard
Is it Dee Jawn ❓ 13:08 or Dijón ❓
Muss Turd😂
Happy condi -mentation
MM
Yummy 🤤
You forgot your cedar vinegar! For the mustard from the seeds!
Going to have to learn this just because I don't trust much of anything anymore lol
Naaiiicceee😌
Should have started with the mayo to then use in the honey mustard
Are these in your cookbook?
Thanx..man 😂
Will these recipes be included in your book?

Didn't realize he was 12yo, good job
Not water for mustard unless you want Chinese mustard...at least half vinegar.
Why didn't you just use your fancy blender for the mayo? Or an immersion blender. Or a stand mixer....
The only condiment I want to make from scratch is mayonnaise, but I can't get pasteurized eggs.

Please do not explain how worcestershire sauce is made. I know but others will not.

These aren't easy, need high quality blender or food processor, have to clean it well after

I this guy would just stop taking the steroids and concentrate on serious cookery instead of comedy the video would be worth watching.
