Mansa Mata Mandir,Amer Ghati, Jaipur (मनसा देवी मंदिर), देवीखोल

जयपुर शहर के जोरावर सिंह गेट से मात्र 5 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित है देवीखोल गांव, देवीखोल गांव आमेर किले से आधा किलोमीटर पहले है, देवीखोल एक बहुत ही सुंदर गांव है, यहां पर मनसा माता मंदिर है।
देवीखोल गांव की पहाड़ियों में तेंदुओं की मांदे बनी हुई है, जिनमें तेंदुए रहते हैं, यहां पर मोर मोरनी व कई तरह के जानवर देखने को मिलते हैं। यहां पर एक छोटा सा बांध भी है।
देवीखोल गांव में सुंदर झरने भी है,यहां पहाड़ों से पानी आता है, पिकनिक, गोठ व सवामणि के लिए यह बहुत अच्छी जगह है।
मनसा माता का मंदिर आमेर घाटी में है, जुल्फिकार अली शाह बाबा की दरगाह के सामने से रास्ता जाता है,
यह मंदिर करीब 1000 साल पुराना है व यहां पर सभी मन्नते पूरी होती है।
इस मंदिर को अंबे माता मंदिर के नाम से भी जाना जाता है,जिनके नाम से आमेर बसा है।
मां की प्रतिमा स्वयंभू है,प्रतिमा में नेत्र, भौंहें,ललाट,मुख आदि अपने आप ही मूर्ति में दिखाई देते हैं,ललाट पर सर्प भी दिखाई देता है।
महाराजा मानसिंह प्रथम ने इस मंदिर में दो मन्नते मांगी थी, जयगढ़ पर विजय, जसोल से शिला माता को यहां लाना, महाराज के मन की इच्छा पूरी होने के कारण ही इस मंदिर का नाम मनसा माता मंदिर हुआ।
आमेर पर राज करने वाले मीणा राजा व कछवाहा राजा आमेर की मनसा माता को अपने राज्य की मालिक मानते थे।
Devikhol village is located just 5 kilometers from Zorawar Singh Gate of Jaipur city, Devikhol village is half a kilometer before Amber Fort, Devikhol of is a very beautiful village, here is Mansa Mata Temple.
There are leopard dens in the hills of Devikhol village, in which leopards live, peacocks and many other animals can be seen here. There is also a small dam here.
Devikhol village also has beautiful waterfalls, here water comes from the mountains, it is a very good place for picnic, Goth and Savamani.
The temple of Mansa Mata is in the Amer Valley, the path leads from the front of Zulfikar Ali Shah Baba's dargah,
This temple is about 1000 years old and all wishes are fulfilled here.
This temple is also known as Ambe Mata Mandir, after whose name Amer is situated.
Mother's statue is self-manifested, eyes, eyebrows, forehead, mouth etc. are automatically visible in the statue, a snake is also visible on the forehead.
Maharaja Mansingh (I) had asked for two vows in this temple, victory over Jaigarh, bringing Shila Mata here from Jasol, due to the fulfillment of Maharaj's wish, this temple was named Mansa Mata Temple.
Meena Raja and Kachwaha Raja, who ruled Amer, considered Mansa Mata of Amer as the master of their kingdom.
