Classic Sesame Street - Dancing Feet

Okay, I'm not sure whether this is a Jim Henson or Mummenschanz creation, but it's very similar to something I saw on the Muppet Show. Either way, these aren't the same "dancing feet" from Season 21; I believe it's from 1978.

The sparkling star border reminds me of the price is right light border even though it doesn't blink. Although I must admit, the price is right should've put flashing lights in the stars like that back during the mid to late 70s.
