Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying rigged run as Tainted Isaac, Polyphemus, Cricket's Head, Ipecac, Infestation 2, Magic Mushroom, Cricket's Body, Almond Milk, Glitched Crown, Inner Eye, Host Hat, Parasite. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Thought Devil rooms can be pog too. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. Need me some Lavencas Luck. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. Anyways, GG's

I'm waiting for the day where Matt finds Dead Sea Scrolls, picks it up, uses it for the lols and it rerolls his items or something.
@@Numbuh_W. It activates a random active item effect so there is a very little probability that it triggers a D4 effect.

The Matt principle says that it is not a matt run if he isn't op by caves 1 or he isn't crashing his game by the time he gets to void.

Tech x does nothing In that scenario, brim + haemo overrides tech x, once he gets c-section that's when tech x would do something

14:19 what happened for tech x to appear there is that you got glaucoma on the room before by rerolling so the original glaucoma at that other room got replaced by a random item, in this case tech x

10:45 yeah I definitely think spirit sword was the right choice, because crown of light would’ve given you a stats up, but you don’t really need a stats up when you one shot everything, but spirit sword makes your fetus shots shoot sword beams, so it’s more one-shot shots being thrown around

tech X spawned cause it would normally be Glaucoma and when you re-rolled into quadshot, the other pedestal re-rolled into glaucoma making it change items in the right treasure room

A proposed buff to black powder : while inside the circle, you take no damage and deal (some amount) of contact damage, the circle also lasts until the room ends, but only one can be made

While inside the circle, you get a boost to your damage, maybe •1.75, like hollowed ground, but more damage. The circle would also last for longer.

I know C Section is kind of OP, but it's such a boring item. It massively drops your tear rate to shoot the slowest-moving tick-damage shots ever. I'd take Epic Fetus over it every time, because despite the tear rate impact, it does insane damage and gives you infinite explosions.
