I cannot get enough of you, Darby and GFL.
Nice job on the video. Just got back from letting our sheep out to graze another pasture area. I'm thankful they follow me around pretty well and I have my blue heeler along to help. So, no new fencing necessary (for now). Pasture management is so important.
This beats watching the grass grow
And I thought Happy Cow's came from California!!! Those cow's looked stoked to get in the tall grass and the aerial footage was neat!
Loved the aerial view!
Excellent video guys. Keep up the great work.
Thanks for your posting.
7:00 to 7:10 look at the sheen on the coats of all of these cows. These are healthy well feed critters!!
Can you show your watering system?
Doing the work!
Great video and i have been eating 100% Grass Fed Beef over the last month so i'm happy that i have come across this video. However, why do i keep thinking some giant beast is going to come out of those trees in the background?
Diego, what does Darby do for shade and water for the cattle?
disregard about the water - I just read your reply to someone else's comment
Shade just comes from trees which may or may not provide shade in every cell.
How does he water his animals?
Portable water trough filled by a float valve connected to a hose.
does he carry water or has a hose running from creek/storeage? Just wondering if he transported water daily how much time it took him...thank you for the response.
Buried mainline with periodic hydrants and hose. Daily is just filling a rubber tub and dragging a hose. Easy and fast.
No chickens to do the clean up?
Not in this system. They led the way.
DO YOU USE THE MANURE TO FERTILIZE THE SOIL ??
Yep, it stays where it is deposited.
Do you vaccinate your heard? If so what for? Thanks.
