This is to Clarify to all viewers that Mr Mishra is much more unfamiliar with the present scenerio in the Manipur Police while Mr PC Nair just being Retired is Extremely Thorough & an Expert on the Present situation.
Mr PC Nair had Said that Meitei & Kuki serving under Manipur Police are devided on Ethnic Lines already, and as such all Meitei Police are in the Meitei Imphal valley Areas while All Kuki Police are in the Kuki Areas ( on leave or some other reasons ) Firstly for their own safety & Security, & Secondly for maintainance of Intellegence leakage of CM Biren Singh's plans etc Understandably. It should be noted by Viewers that,the then IGP of Manipur Mr Dongel was relieved of his post by CM Biren Singh as he was an obstacle for the CM for this present Program.
Viewers should also note that while all the Dead Meitei Police in this conflict were paid Equal compensation by CM Biren Singh, not a single Rupee has till date been paid to any of the Deseased Kukis serving in Manipur Police.
Howeved the most important point to be noted by Viewers is - How will the Kuki or Meitei Police be trusted by their own Collegues in this Intence communal conflict when CM Biren Singh Himself could not protect his own BJP Kuki MLA Mr Haokip (who is in a semi vegitative state now )living just next door from his house with all his Body Guards & Drivers.
The Ex Army Man Mr Mishra though however high his post may have been is talking pure nonsene on this topic,while Lt,Col. PC Nair turns out to be the Real Expert on the Subject Matter.
