In the clean, it looks like you are decelerating between the floor and the point where you're making contact with the front of your thighs. You're also letting the bar swing out away from you during the first pull, which is distorting the bar path and contributing to the deceleration problem. I did the very same thing when I started Olympic lifting. You want constant acceleration from the time the bar leaves the ground. You might try moving the bar lightly along the front of your thighs as it passes the knees, and keep accelerating upward into full extension.
