    Thank's for Sharing, I tried this for a different project and reversed the red and blue, turned out nice but my calculations was off by about 2 inches 😆👉 Granddaughter gets a ponytail strap 🎊🤠👍

    Thank you so much for this tutorial! Very beginner friendly! One question...how do I connect the red and blue cords like you have to make it one cord?

    Did something a little different on my finish... I went through the middle of the top end where the hitches are on the buckle and passed through to the underside and anchored it under 2 weaves then sniped and singed... Also added a rechargeable LED band down the center underneath the solomon spine... Thanks for this tutorial if anyone is interested on pics of the finished product or the amount of materials used and where I sourced them let me know with a direct message... I usually respond in less than a day or so! =D

    Can you do a tricolor for a neck lanyard. I've been trying to think of a way to do it, but I'm too inexperenced.

    Just watched your video today, and made my first Tri-color bracelet on my first try. I did it a bit differently and only used 2 core, instead of 4, and it worked out great. My wife wants to know what I'm going to do with all the bracelets, Key fobs, lanyards, and leashes that I have piling up.( I think I got a little carried away with this one)
    I am now subscribed and look forward to other videos from you.

      You could always sell them or give them sway as gifts lol. Or decorate a survival bag then you'll always have lots of paracord in the field

    Where did you get those particular scissors. I like them because they combine a smoothing tool and scissors in one.

      They are duckbill scissors or carpet shears.

    So… this is probably gonna sound stupid but.. why do you need to loop the colors back when starting? Is that to just make the bracelet wider? Is it for strength? I’m just.. a little confused because that’s not how I start mine? And I don’t know if it’s specific to the three color bracelet…

    I have a question. I am currently trying to make this design (new to paracording) and in the video your cord seems a lot more pliable than the 550 I'm working with. I have seen other videos were they talk about gutting the cord. Is the cord for this video gutted? As I'm working with it, it seems very bulky and stiff.

    • @jamesheffington3931
      @jamesheffington3931 3 роки тому

      Not gutted, you can see the inner strands melting at the snip-n-singe step. You may have polyester blend cordage, I find that considerably more stiff that 100% nylon. Nylon is WAY easier to manipulate.
      Helpful tip-> nylon & poly-blend DO NOT melt together, but can be joined with Manny-method.

    i like the back side, you can use flat buckles for a 2 for 1 look, Aliexpress has big sale on ALL paracord products on 11-11, the flat 5/8 inch bckles just 6 CENTS each, helluva a bargain.

    I have spent hours with this. First there are words on a screen...hard to look at project and read words at same time then in the beginning middle there is a shadow glitch over the screen and cords are in different places. Finally the verbal instruction too fast and not detailed enough. Only my second style but I wanted fourth of July red white and blue really badly! Went in garbage. Sorry, but you should advise this is for advaned bracelet makers only!🤯
