Philippines Caulking the Cracks a Kidlat sighting

The rain pours even absent a Tropical storm or Typhoon. Oh well, life moves ever forward. Some wall floor caulking and a plan for a cement boundary on the sunroom plus some chit chat and a Kidlat sighting (Our white dog before).
