We don't have those "party" either. I think the Halloween is for some reason only about English-speaking community. If you are living in a non-english speaking country with an english-speaking school - your kids will be dressed for Halloween party, but nothing happens outside of this school :)
Same here in Paraguay😃 It’s kind of interesting that now in Japan some families decorate Christmas tree with ornaments of 🎃👻 until the end of October, then from November they change ornaments for the Christmas😂

Thank you for this video! Halloween in Tokyo and Osaka seems to be really fun. In Mexico it is something closer to Obon with the day of the death celebration as far as I understand Obon. By the way, would love to hear about it from you next year it is celebrated.

クレオール音楽をバックに仮装パーティーをする人もいます（笑）。
