Thank you so much, Robert. That really means a lot coming from someone who spends so much time and care to perfect his own dioramas. We really do appreciate it.Thanks!
Holy crap this is amazing. I collect this tmnt line and love watching diorama content and have been looking for someone to make pretty much this exact project. You guys absolutely killed it. The banter between you two is also super easy to listen to. Subscribed.
Oh hey thank you! We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know how you feel. And yeah, when our client showed us the NECA figures they blew us away. Amazing figures! We really had fun putting this diorama together for them.
I am a wee bit old to be a TMNT fan, but love me some Universal Monsters! This is just amazing, and I may have to go down to my own lab to bring something to life myself! IT'S ALIIIIVE!! Thank you, you two! The banter plus the diorama build makes for an always entertaining watch from beginning to end! Also, the Proxxon is a lifesaver. love it!
I love this comment. Made my day. Just between you and me -- don't tell anyone else -- I, too, missed the TMNT craze when it first hit. I was into comics and cartoons at the time, but not that particular I.P. Now, the Universal Monsters run through my blood like a sweet poison. So this project was a dream for me. If you haven't seen the NECA Turtle figures they melded with the monsters, I urge you to check them out. They're amazing. Really glad you enjoyed the video. And yes, that Proxxon was invaluable during this project (as it has been on many others). NOW GO BUILD SOMETHING!
@@LongLostFriendStudio I remember seeing the first B&W turtles comic on the shelf at my local comic book shop as a kid and thought "Black and White?? Ninja Turtles?? Who's going to read that?" and i flopped it back on the shelf. (oops.) I do own a couple of the NECA universal monster figures. Brilliant! I will check out the turtles as well. Your channel is severely unwatched, but i feel like you are mining gold here. To me it hits all the right beats of tutorial, story and smooth dad jokes. And happy I could make your day. Pay it forward folks! :) Thank you!
Hey, thanks! We're glad you stumbled on it too...pretty sure the algorithm relegates us to the sub-dungeon of UA-cam. So we're just as surprised as you. 😄
Freaking incredible job. 😮 I am thinking of making a science of my own, but nothing I do can compare to this. But I gotta say thanks for the inspiration.
You should go for it! I think there are a lot of people making things like this all over UA-cam, so you ought to be able to pick up some tips and tricks from a bunch of different sources. Hope you have fun doing it!
Hey, thanks! Happy you enjoyed this one. If you’re really thinking about commissioning something like this, just go to the contact form on our website www.vincedorse.com, give us an idea of what you’re looking for (style, size, etc.) and a budget you’d like to stay under and we can try to figure out what we can do. No pressure. Either way, again, thanks!
Oh yeah! Those things. They're a kids toy called Build-A-Straw. It's some kind of drinking straw for kids where they're supposed to make some kind of crazy long right-angle-turn straws to drink out of. The rubber elbows are what connect the straws.
I'm in the bathroom at work watching this!
A fine venue for quality entertainment!
That is so stinking cool
We could've kept working on this forever, it was so much fun.
You rock this commission guys ! Rust , walls , sewerage , book , bone , door ... everything in this diorama looks effectice and cool . Bravo !

Where do you get the elbows for the wood dowels to make ladders?!?!
