OP should have filed a complaint with the internal affairs division about that officer siding with karen.
considering apparently the cop was at the court my guess was he was called up to explain what happened and it was found out what he did and he probably was even asked why he was personally being called to testify in a lawsuit so why he wasn't helping karen again was he knew he was in trouble.

Last one I would have asked the priest if the sperm donor was such an exemplar, even though he broke a good few commandments, being both extramarital affairs, sex before marriage, and also why the church found it acceptable that a man who had had multiple partners, had willfully committed multiple sins, and who had been lustful, was considered to be a beacon of right in the church.
I agree, I’m catholic and do believe in God, This priest is what is wrong in the church. I’ve seen good and bad in clergy and church attendees. Luckily we have a great priest now, down to earth, good with all walks of life. I am saddened that they lost a child. Does the priest know that they want to rename your daughter or is he just aware of all that scum Jeff has told him. Maybe you should make him aware of how they treated your daughter. NGL if I ever find a Karen trying to ignore actual property lines/laws or trying to claim I have to follow rules from an HOA I'm not a part of, I am calling lawyers that very day to at least schedule a consultation about the possibility of a restraining order or to get them on retainer, and probably filing some sort of report with the police about possible harassment.

Any regulation by an HOA in most cases are not enforceable by law, exception is liens.
