Chanel has so pretty colors this year. I am into WOC. So drawn to Yellow Jaune! It is so perfect for summer. Also, so tempted to buy the brown/caramel one. Actully really hard to pick out just one. Every one of them is so pretty.
Charis!! Love the hair! Beautiful. Not the biggest fan of the Métiers collections. But I do like that brown color for fall. Loved the white wallet on chain!! 😃. And I like the dark pink card holder. My favorite was the 31 bag in the jaune yellow. So much fabulous eye candy. Thanks Charis!!!

My 22 did the same exact thing as yours, after only about five uses. I checked mine after I saw your video about it. My boutique said, and did the same thing. They sent it away, now it’s just a waiting game. However, I did find it shocking that the manager of the store said she’s never heard of any issues with a 22 bag.
Oh my 😣 same here for me! It would be very interesting 🧐 to know what Chanel decides on this issue! Hope they commit themselves the design flaws at least so they get better ❤️🩹 support amongst many of their fans! When obviously it’s better to admit than ignoring🥹 xoxo cc

I love the PINK 💗 and the yellow the most! The hot pink is too similar to your mini reissue, the iridescent pink is also nice but I believe you have already an iridescent one? Definitely the pink and yellow from this collection are my favorite ones❤Also love the big CC on the card holders for a change 😊

Such beautiful eye candy! Loved the Chrystal Mini and the pink flap bag with the Crush strap! I love the classic small CC in the WOC but this nice seasonal versions with the large CC are very nice for a change. Thanks for taking us along Charis. It was great that they pulled so many pieces for you.
Seriously! You are a very good Chanel client. It should have been at least an immediate store credit or refund. But I also know that they sure don’t jump to correct issues these days, that are obviously design flaws.
Yup sadly that’s what the current situation is 😞 but I somehow understand that I’ve had the bag for a yr. It’s my fault as well as I didn’t really use it in the beginning. Wish that happened earlier on then perhaps they would have credited or better options provided to me. Well.. let’s see what’s next! Thank you for your support! Xoxo cc

The only option they will have is to give you a credit I think, because you can’t repair that sort of peeling and cracking situation. 🤞 BTW, now I want a WOC LOL. It was fantastic to be able to see so many versions in your video. I had a WOC but I sold it. Recently I wish I had kept it and bought a base shaper for it. I recently bought one for my boy bag and I’ve ordered a set for my GST. In the past I’ve always worried about base shapers being too sharp and cutting into the lining, but Amber Ashley, here on UA-cam demonstrated her base shaper from M. Boutique. They are very nicely made and are padded… I’m thinking I need a WOC and I will buy a base shaper for that as well. I love the bright pink one that you showed us with the larger cc hardware. Gorgeous! Just a question..but why does the leather on the Chanel 31 looked so creased? I’ve noticed that on other channels that have shown this bag..is it normal? It just gives used bag to me..I could be wrong. I like the style..just not that worn look..did you notice that too?
