Great video! I think the editor is also a significant factor to consider. While the interface alone may not be a reason for someone to switch to another engine, it greatly affects the workflow of the entire team
@@cucumberless Yes absolutely. Many people ex stick to Unity because the editor is easier to learn than all the overflow of information given in Unreal
Didn’t know about cocos creator tbh, will have to check it out. It isn’t such a bad idea to take an already existing engine and modifying it. Take GTFO by 10 Chambers for example, they modified Unitys engine to get the exact rendering they wanted and much more. As long as the engine is cabable to be modified and or is open source, you can do most😉
