2018 OKC PAL Shop with a Cop

For about two dozen kids, Santa didn’t arrive with reindeers, but with a police escort. On Friday, the Oklahoma City Police Athletic League held its annual Shop with a Cop event. Target provided support with its Heroes and Helpers grant so students from Fillmore Elementary in the Oklahoma City Public Schools district were paired with a member of the Oklahoma City Police Department, complete with a $100 shopping limit.
