NL: Modderen in de mais 2017 in Oosterwolde (GLD), Nederland. We zien loonbedrijf Pleizier en Timmer uit Nijkerk aan het mais hakselen voor Jan Bakker met een Claas Jaguar 965 (960 with chiptuning). Als sleeptrekker wordt een Claas Axion 850 gebruikt. Het transport wordt gedaan met meerdere Claas Axion trekkers, een Fendt 926 van Freek Versteeg, een Fendt Favorit 512 C en een Case CVX 230. Met Kaweco Radium 55 prototype.

Jammer genoeg zijn er ook gebieden in Nederland waar ze zelfs met aangedreven wagens de mais niet goed van het land kunnen krijgen.

't Was een heel raar stukje. Toen ik er door liep leek het heel niet zo na, maar als je er blijft staan, komt het water naar boven. Maar gelukkig waren er maar een paar plekjes nat. De rest ging er erg vlot af. De eerste Kaweco die vast zit is trouwens het prototype van de nieuwe Radium 55.

When two tractors are not able to pull the loaded trailer out of the mud, why, oh why, does the chopper driver load on more!!! Wouldn't small English-type trailers do better? Half the weight to start with. Then half the load and off to the farm.

They had a long distance transport, so every trailer must be loaded to the maximum. I must say, the soil was really weird and soft there. The first tractor that came stuck has almost nothing in the trailer.

An excellent reply, Hans, but not convincing - a fully loaded trailer is not going ANY distance if it can't be got out of the field. That soil was VERY wet, yes, but the important thing is keeping going - and that just as much to ours as to yours!

I agree with that Alan, but only the first (empty) trailer was stuck for a longer time. The stuck tractor with the fully loaded trailer was free to go in a few minutes after the chopper uses his power. So maybe that part looks more worse then it was.
