It was no wonder when he escaped that as soon as he landed in Greece they were about to toss him back to Turkey but luckily his father came to pick him up from the US embassy. Giorgio Moroder captured his pain, and anguish perfectly with this haunting song, which wielded strength, despair, hope, and freedom. Which is why it was no wonder that the man won an oscar for best original soundtrack for a movie. Incredible composer over these past forty years with timeless classics like I feel love with Donna Summer and a host of other musical scores. I can never tire of his high end sounds, that blend so well into one another that creates a brand new emotion within us all. Beautiful music which has no equal.
