Ajali never learned any lessons which kind of took away the moral of the story, she kept trusting when she shouldn't and didn't trust when she should. She jumped into a lifestyle she didn't bother learning or understanding and because she didn't bond with it she found it easy to betray the mermaids, which made her equal to Ruka in my eyes. I couldn't make up my mind if she was just naive or just plain stupid. The story had a lot of potential though. Narrator kept mixing up names btw
I learnt that one should appreciate what ever you have, because jealousy lead to no gain❤❤❤❤❤
