So, I was trapped in pornography and masturbation for probably 20 years. The last confession I made was 16 years ago during high school and it wasn't even a serious confession since I had no idea what to confess. A couple of months ago I started reading the bible and had a sudden urge to do a confession. I cried in the confession room and told the priest EVERYTHING.
The pornography and masturbation addiction went from 100 to 0 in an instant. I can only say it is the work of God.
How did you came out of this addiction because im inside of this trap now I can't escape
@@KiraLightzero Hi there. I would suggest you surround yourself with the Christian community as I did. It was not an instant process. I started reading the bible for 4-5 months before I started to commit myself to Jesus (I mean it. I was not interested in reading and learning the bible before. So if before that time someone said I have to read the bible to free myself from porn and masturbation addiction, I would say it is nonsense. But I experienced it first hand, the bible IS POWERFUL). Then I went to the confession (if you're a Catholic). The confession is indeed the major key point that frees me from this cruel addictive behavior.

It's not hard as you think...just completely clear 20 uninterrupted minutes a day...say a rosary...and go to Sunday mass...without fail...to start with you don't have to change anything else in your life...just say the daily rosary and keep on with your regular life...then, a few months down the road you are going to notice positive changes in your life without even trying...it works like those "quit smoking" programs where you take the pills but you can keep smoking...but then you lose your desire for smokes gradually...it works similar...but it's not immediate, it will take several weeks to start noticing changes...

I stopped watching porn since I started watching videos of Fathers Carlos Martins and Vincent Lampert, they made me notice the hell is real and the demon is always taking advantage of our weaknesses. I was more than 20 years trapped in that.

When I was still hooked with porn, I could not forget how I tried to fight while I was a protestant and when I decided to come back home to the Catholic Church. As a former protestant, I could relate to what Fr. Lampert mentioned about Adam and Eve when they sinned, they tried to hide from God because of guilt. I could relate to it because I feel guilty each I time I fall to porn or other sins that I postponed praying to God until I have the nerve to do so. But then again, the guilt lingers indefinitely and the cycle goes on and on, leading me to feel farther and farther from God each time I fall then ask for forgiveness but then I fall again. Yes I believe that God will not despise a contrite heart (Ps. 52:17). But the word contrite means recognizing our sinfulness or brokenness or in other words, being repentant. So if we keep on committing the same sin again and again, then we are not repentant at all. Psalm 66:18 says that God will not listen to our prayer if we cherish sin or keep on sinning.
But now as a Catholic, such guilt just seems to vanish after confession and doing penance or reparation plus we can call to our mother Mary and the saints such as St. Joseph, the foster father of Jesus as well as the apostles to help pray for us to the Lord. The rosary is also an indispensable weapon against any form of addiction; my own experience attests to that. While I was a protestant, I confessed and prayed directly to God but still I could not resist the temptation. Now as a Catholic, still I pray to God directly just like every Catholic, but I also obtain help from Mother Mary and the saints by also asking them to help pray for me, a very Catholic thing.
My brother, still a protestant, opposed me by saying that these so-called saints are already dead and thus they can't pray for us, but I reminded him that our God is a God of the living, not of the dead. The transfiguration in Mat.17:1-8 where Moses and Elijah were talking to Jesus while his apostles were watching is also another proof that saints are indeed alive. As Christians, we believe in life after death, thus our being Christian doesn’t end when one dies. St. Paul says that to live is Christ but to die is gain. The book of revelation clearly tells that the saints and martyrs in heaven keep on praying to God and that an angel is assigned to bring forth before God the prayers of the saints (Rev. 8:4). St. John also said in Rev. 5:13 that he could hear everything in heaven and on earth, even those under the earth or underwater as well as the netherworld singing praises to God. So clearly, the saints can hear us and help pray for us too, and it’s more effective because they are closer to God in heaven than we are on earth. James 5:16 says that the prayer of a righteous person is very effective and powerful.
As a Protestant aka I’m still a Christian who believes in God and accepted Jesus as my lord and savior it was not until I truly wept from my heart and cried out to the Lord to save me that he delivered me instantly from a 15 year porn addiction I’ve never went back 4 years saved totally from it I don’t even have a desire for it! Jesus can do ANYTHING

@@chaosinfernoid9008you completely misunderstand Mary’s role. Do you ask others in your church to pray for you? Do you ask the most fervent Christians in your church to pray for you. Asking Mary to pray for you is exactly the same concept.
The words of the Rosary honor God the Father, Jesus our Savior and the Holy Spirit. The Rosary cites a verse from scripture about Nary and asks her to pray for us, which she gladly does.

Catholism heavenly changed and has barely anything to do with the original one. Jesus never claimed there is only one Type of Church. He says Church (es). This is a great video, I was once fully addicted to meth and pornography. To those who have used meth know what I'm talking about, I was a slave to that addiction, staying in motels for days getting so high on meth and constantly watching porn. It was the darkest most disgusting and empty time in my life . I now by the grace of our powerful and merciful God have 6 years clean, though the disgusting images of porn at times still come to my mind and in my dreams, I have that beautiful grace to let it go and turn to Jesus immediately as well as our Blessed Mother and Michael the Arch Angel. I am grateful right now to be able to share this know that it's a past of mine but the wisdom to know that it will always be there trying to tempt me, but n God is so much more stronger and brings joy to my heart and life that is beyond anything I've ever felt before. Well done!! Been there, that’s when I first came to the light. By grace of God their was a Bible in the hotel drawer, got down on knees and said the sinners prayer (I am at the door and knocking etc) just as I finished there was a knock on my door and someone asked me to go for a meal with them. You couldn’t make this stuff up. I was actually feeling so dirty that I turned down the offer, but that was the turning point for me of knowing/realizing there is a kingdom of light out there and that everything is being watched. I tried shrugging it off, but He kept chasing me. Wow, so blessed and He has so much love for us to not let go of me. Prayers for u bro, stay strong ❤

An exorcist is someone who directly confronts the devil and his fallen army of angels. Through the Holy Spirit, they talk to them, understand their objectives and expose their lies. And then they have the ability to cast them out, that's an awesome job!

I am not a Catholic, but I can definitely see the benefit of confession. I do my best to confess my sins to the Lord, I search my heart and soul and confess to myself and to God. It's not that I don't want to go to church and confess, I am so handicapped that I have to stay in bed almost 24/7. My wreck occurred on August 26, 2002, I am a female, but I used to master ate at least once a day having perverted fantasies. The wreck drove that out of me, but the true desire for Jesus came when he knocked on my heart and I answered! I love this channel, I like knowing that it's okay for me to be human, because I truly am sorry when I sin. I wish that I could confess to someone here lol ❤

If you think know one is getting hurt from pornography then consider this. The “actors and actresses” in these videos are someone’s children, God’s children, and they are doing vile things to each other. By being a spectator you are encouraging the sinful act and in someway participating in it with them. It’s a tragedy for all concerned. The good news is Christ died on the cross so ALL can be forgiven.

Two things I would eliminate from society: alcohol (except the liturgy) and p*rn.
Don't know if you know whats going on but Marijuana, magic mushrooms and gambling all are becoming legal in more and more states and soon will encompass the whole nation. These are the threats that need to be stopped along with porn.
Alcohol is actually the worst drug you could ingest. It's severely damaging to the body, brain, and the auric field that protects the person. In ancient times, there were far more drinks available, ones which were nutritious and health sustaining. The dark spirits gave mankind the knowledge of fermentation, it wasn't meant for harm, but things are usually taken and misused.
Yet Jesus drank. Although in spirit I agree.

I used to work in a warehouse and I would hear voices in my head telling me to do things and if I didn’t do what the voices told me to do, they would threaten me and tell me I will be going to hell and at that time I’d say that I was agnostic and the voices would tell me that if I didn’t do what they would tell me to do then I would be getting disemboweled as soon as I arrived in hell. until one day, I watched a video on UA-cam and it was a video of a preacher telling me to accept Jesus in into my life and as soon as I did this the voices I was hearing immediately stopped and I was amazed. This brought me to tears, and I also got clean from watching pornography. Thank you for reading my testimony and I'd really appreciate all of your prayers cause I really need them right now.
I noticed when he quoted out of 2 Corinthians “when I am weak, then I am strong.” He took it out of context. Paul was given affliction to keep him from becoming prideful. His weakness had nothing to do with sin.
Pornography is sin for the reasons Father says here. It’s also dehumanizing and brings us down to the corporeal, while defiling the spiritual. Sex between spouses is the worship of creation, and is God’s gift.
What about single people? How do they relieve themselves of sexual urges and desires if you don't have a spouse?
@@LaoSoftware I have to wonder if those urges and desires are inspired/induced by demons. I say this because I now know that there is a spirit/demon around me and connected to me, and this is something I struggled with when I was younger, and I am still single years later.

V mentions in this talk by the French poet Baudelaire), they also want us to have such an unhealthy occupation (of either dread or fascination), that we see them under every rock, so to speak: we see them active in every thought, word, or action of ourselves or others; in every motivation for what we or others say or do, etc. Fr. V states we need to avoid both extremes(i. e. of disbelieving in their existence, on the one hand; and / or seeing them active everywhere, on the other hand). Disbelief makes us ulnerable to a blindside and spiritual depression or laxity; and an unhealthy preoccupation makes us vulnerable to being spiritually overwhelmed or oppression.
Fix your eyes (your time and thoughts) on God and His awesome power!
You waste your time fixating on evil. The devil wants you to focus on him.
Study your Bible, go to mass, pray, seek spiritual information on UA-cam.
Talk to a confessor who listens. Don’t give up, SEEK God His face, His presence, GOD LOVES YOU.
You’re just empowering Satan by doing that. He’s not worth it.
This is why my marriage of 30 years is under attack. I honestly believe in prayer and attack but im so angry. I don't want to sin and do something to hurt my husband the way im hurting. The question I always ask myself is, why did God cast all the fallen Angels into the Earth when Michael and his army won the battle why didn’t he cast them into the other parts of the universe why earth. Is it because of, I wouldn’t say challenge, a creature cannot challenge God, but the rebellion of Lucifer telling God he could take his children from him if giving him enough time and God gave him permission to a certain time to try.
Good thing some people are saying porn is evil instead of saying that one or more gifts of the holy spirit are what we should fear while caring for others whom they have been labelled as being impossible human beings.
Go to confession, attend weekly mass and pray the Rosary daily. Eventually, after a time, you will see a change. If you struggle with sin, sometimes it may help to find the cause of any past traumas.
i can't always live up to these values of sexual sin....but I do believe that my sins are forgiven by the Act of Contrition, the Sacrament of Confession (Reconciliation) and the Eucharist.

@@javierdelgado1554 No one “bows down and worships idols” in Catholicism, we recognize that the saints are in heaven with God, and we “pray” to them in the sense that we simply ask them to intercede.
You’d find nothing wrong with asking a Christian on earth to pray on behalf of you, well intercession of the saints is the same, you’re just asking a Christian in heaven to pray for you.

All of this emphasizes the importance of being born again, as stated in John 3:5, and first fulfilled in Acts 2:38 as the path to salvation for God's people.
John 3:5 talks of the importance of receiving the two forms of baptism - the baptism of water, which is the baptism of repentance, and the baptism of spirit/fire.
To be a macho man or macho woman is to be totally honest with oneself. That mean’s NO rationalising or trying to justify or it’ll be okay or it’s not to bad or making excuse’s etc. Also being honest with one’s boyfriend or girlfriend or husband or wife! I think demons want people to die before they have had a chance to confess their sins.
It depends on the state of their soul, are they in a state of grace or of sin? The demon can't damn you. You can always confess your sins and repent of them. The demon can't control your free will. Your body, yes. Your will, no.
