Actually the problem is that the founding members of Ekagrata are more interested in becoming influencers rather than a teacher. The founders aspire to become a vlogger and finfluencers through the path of teaching. They did the same during Unacademy times where they left the students mid way, just so that their own content creation does not get halted. Ironically they say, haath nahi chhodenge, saath nahi chhodenge. The founders have clearly priority of which educators are insiders and which are outsiders whose demands or requirements can be ignored. The whole Ekagrata team has just become like a Yesman to one man, who is way too self obsessed of his heroism. This is also one of the reason why Ekagrata did not even sustain one full year on it's own. What you did is exactly what a person would do who wants to remain in touch with the students and wants himself to be called as a teacher. No hate to anyone and full respect to Mohit Sir.

I personally think fault is of anshul sir he could have told all the staff teachers instead of informing or asking about everybody's opinion he told it is now acquired by another co this is not fair no hate to him I personally studied foundation from him but it makes me sad and anshul sir tbh cannot handle constructive criticism it was just my opinion he really is a great person.
