Thank you for posting this. I knew who the Snowbirds were and while I have never seen them perform in person, I had seen short videos of bits and pieces. Watching an almost entire show, they are not bad. Thanks again.

If some people have a hard time understanding them on the radio, that's totally understandable. You see, most of our RCAF members are from Quebec, and to be completely honest, most of us up here have no idea what the French are doing, let alone saying.

Unfortunately it was the short show and not their full demo
This is their full high show. The "short show" is usually a flat show, which this is not.
There is no aerobatic team in the world in more desperate need of a glow up than The Snowbirds. Theirs skills are so high, their training is fantastic, but their equipment is old as stone and they don't have the budget to do much more than keep them airworthy. You can see it in the smoke.I'm so proud of the team, but so ashamed of their funding.

Why are there so many bot accounts.... its an aviation channel not a bot channel
They roam the social media sites, trying desperately to interact with real people. It's pathetic. Reporting them is like kicking a cyber-puppy.
But I report them anyway...😁
What I find extremely disappointing as a Canadian is the Snowbirds perform all over the United States every summer and we're lucky in Canada if one of the American teams perform a single show in Canada 😢

It’s amazing how well they fly such crappy planes. It’s an embarrassment for Canada that we haven’t gotten our top aviators newer aircraft yet. 20 years ago we were running out of old spare airframes to rob parts from. I have no idea how they are still managing to keep them in the air.
Not sure where you get your information from but they weren’t running out of parts and spare airframes 20 years ago.
There's nothing wrong with the planes. Concentrate on the skill of the pilots and the overall display, not how much certain other countries spend on sabre rattling, macho willy waving, and trying to impress foreigners with the size of their military budget.🙄
There's value in being slow. They're over head way more than the American teams are.
@@benjaminlann- Working on them at Spar Aerospace (YEG) in the early 2000’s…where we also had a bunch of the spare donor airframes that were often called upon for parts when the airforce was having trouble acquiring a specific part. Now the question is where did you get your information from?!?! 😜
