It is a good rival to the Bambino. I have a Bambino V3 which I put on a mesh strap, and it looks a lot like this one. Advantage for the Timex: 20 mm lug width. Finding a 21 mm mesh strap for my Bambino was not that easy.
@@the1010watchclub in the end I found it on Amazon, but I really had to hunt it down. BTW, a 21 mm mesh strap is just a regular 20 mm mesh strap with a 21 mm lug, at double the price. Anyway, 20 mm is the right width for a Bambino, so that money was well spent.
This Dutch holding company that uses the Timex brand, produces the same open inside watch movements on all their automatics, they are the same as all the other makers watches, to myself, all had the same Timex thickness in style and shape, whatever they did, these gimmick watches (reissued) will never recreate the old early 60’s automatic Viscount watches, modern technology v old prefers my 1963 Timex Viscount instead.
Great review. Subscribed because you were the only one willing to give this watch a proper review
Thank you! Welcome to the channel

Great point. Where’d you end up finding the 21mm mesh?

Great minimalist design with very stylish bracelet. 36mm would be the ideal diameter for most wrists.
Yeah for a woman.
@@burntvirtue It's not a problem. I have a 36mm Orient Bambino for women. I use it and I don't care about it. Dress very well.
I have a 7.25 inch wrist and I’ve been good from 35mm-44mm
Not bad but I feel the Bambino would be worth the small price premium 👍
If only it didn’t have a mineral crystal…
