so serious question - is it not even worth sun/moonfire/wrathing for a tiny bit of extra damage? or is it so insignificant/mana inefficient that resto druid literally do no damage apart from a rake once every few minutes in arena now haha

No other healer changes the entire playstyle of arena the way rdruid does. When a team has any non-druid healer, you're actually doing damage to the enemy teams health bar. When a team has a druid healer, youre doing damage to the mana bar and nothing else. Rdruid meta is literally always terrible, unbalanced, and boring. If they want druid to be this broken, remove the ability to drink in stealth from arena and nerf cyclone.
