I was arrested in the council offices and the police said it was a common law breach of the peace and they took me to the police station until the offices closed. But when they released me two rings which they had on the property sheet were missing. I got £2000 pounds out of court settlement they put them on the list 🙄🏴👊🤣🤣
If a responsible citizen films their rights, at the end of the day, you still have to be aware you could be breaking the law by pushing things too far.
The funniest thing is if you watch how his night when he had another encounter with the same officers that drove him home. These officers could have just arrested him but didn’t they use their discretion and taken him home instead. Wee need to see more officers like this instead of arresting for something pity just take him home and save the Space for a real crimes
