I don't know whats going on with Optic Texas but regardless of whether it's online or LAN these losses are unacceptable especially after that dominant Sunday at M3 beating NY, ATL & TOR then starting strong at M4 Qualifiers by beating MIA 3-0 then for some reason their teamwork and drive that got them that M3 win has just disappeared and as an Optic fan I hate seeing them down like this especially as the Optic haters/trolls are having a field day. I really hope that they can come back with vengeance in these last 3 games and for all our sanity please don't give BOS their first win in 16 games, you can't be the team to hand their first win.
I don't get how optic go from being the best in the game to losing to the worst teams 3x in a row the next day. You gotta think online is a massive factor. Some of the ways they've been getting joked is insane, are the other teams just getting all the favorable servers against them every time? It’s interesting that the esports World Cup has proved pretty controversial in a lot of both esports and traditional sports communities, but I haven’t really heard any pushback from CoD. I imagine a lot of the teams owned by big companies are waiting to see if the PR hit from sportswashing will be worth the amount of money.
I feel like teams aren’t really taking it crazy serious right now because no one is excited for major for. By the time champ comes around I think everyone is going to be taking it more seriously and grinding their absolute hardest until the tournament. I feel like major four is a huge buzz kill to a lot of teams that have already made champs and they will turn it up for the big tournament and esports World Cup
Its not just certain maps/modes that are a problem for optic right now....its everything. they aren't playing together. they look like 4 randos playing ranked play. running into hills 2v4 and going 1 for 1 doesn't do anything for you. they cant break hills cuz they aren't waiting for each other and coordinating a push. they cant hold hills cuz they're getting gunned by low tier players. they aren't team-shotting and watching crosses for each other. they're search has been absolutely abysmal. optic tries to fly through SnD rounds super fast and next thing you know theyre down 5-0 in like 3 minutes. idk wtf ive been watching from them this stage but its embarrassing. maybe they'll learn not to talk so much shit when they win. they thought their shit didn't stink and now look at them. cant beat bottom tier teams.....smh

I dont know what it is, but I do know they just won a major, very convincingly at that, and are fully capable of beating any team in the league if they get a grip.
