Great video, Joshua! I can relate with the generalization point, I found myself doing that too a long time ago when I visited Europe for the first time

    Great video Josh!
These points, I believe, are applicable even if someone is staying in their home country! 😅 thanks for this video, worth sharing is with people. ❤

Love your thoughts! Sometimes people do things or behave in a certain way subconsciously. It's never too late to unlearn the old ways and learn the new ones :))

I totally agree, this are LIFE tips not just for this topic. They are all so true. And yes, I do point 3 too. When in France I find myself praising things there and slagging off it’s counterpart in the UK 😂

The Brits are lovingly self-deprecating. A friend in France once referred to me as a proud Englishman (which is funny because I'm Indian but I've lived here a long time and I speak highly of my adopted homeland to anyone who will listen).

What about college life. Is campus fun like our undergrad university. Are people friendly and laid-back. Will I get same experience as in other US universities. As this is probably my last investment ❤️

Good points! But i beleive these points are important and etiquettes that one should have anywhere they are in this world! Maybe you can add this in your title "France or any other country" 😬

Point #3: I've learned that this is not exclusively an Indian thing (fortunately). And I'll admit that early on, I probably had a view that pretty much everything in India is "developing" and then realised that there's a lot to be envious about, a lot that people in other countries appreciate - about way of life, thinking, community whatever.
I'd say that if you're in a close circle of friends and you're taking an objective view of things, you can be open. But beating up your own country ruthlessly is not a good look and won't be appreciated. Be balanced, be objective, be proud :-).

True indeed, Joshua, I agree absolutely 💯 that we Indians still need to work on developing a sense of pride in our nation and people..the good thing is that we are at least making that effort..
