You look very bright and charismatic!! I've been using this method for the last 3 months and it does suits my productivity style. I thought of searching around for answers why is it so effective and find the answer in this video. p/s: Love your storytelling method :) New subscriber here.
I use post it notes. I have multiple huge todo lists and I groom them onto post it notes to avoid overwhelm and for the satisfaction of analog cross-offs. I have tried to time box and put 1-3 hour boxes on my schedule and work on the top item or two on each of my 3-4 separate lists, but I can't seem to stick to that. I have trouble saying no. I work in a wide web of people, and I feel compelled to answer their questions, and weigh in and keep things pointed in the right direction. I have people I can trust to do that. I just need to trust them more and submarine more often to get things done. My other goal is to only check email twice a day. Email (and youtube rabbit holes) get me onto urgent non-important stuff all the time. I am here because of a rescue time article. It isn't my main time management tool, but their tool and their content is worthwhile.
thank you so much for the explanation.. it will be great if you can give example of how to use it.. cause i thought about combine it with my bullet journal
I will use it for the first time
