Always an exception, here & there. I’ve been forced by life into the wilderness of the complete unknown. my known came to an end. Now, I still struggle with the thought, nothing may never be known / predictable again. Will the sun really rise again tomorrow.. ? I live with hope & as much faith as I can muster, God has been so good to me so far, but will it stay that way? That’s just it- I hope so but I do not know. 🥰
I decided to give up alcohol 6 days ago, which I have been using to numb the now for many years. Now I'm grieving stuff from 5 years ago. It gets easier to be in the now with each day.

I wanted to share that recently my youngest daughter left home to attend a University. I went through a severe case of "Empty Nest Syndrome" after dropping her off, it was one of the most painful experience I have ever felt. To come to the realization that I won't be needed by my children and I would have to live alone felt like a death. It was a death, death of the old me. I allowed myself to feel the pain in it's entirety. Then, I released it! Welcoming the idea that now my focus is on me, I have no expectations, I have only right now and being in my own company and solitude is a very peaceful place to be! The future is not here but my adventure begins NOW! 😊

I am always provided the exact answers when I need them. Through you I am now receiving a confirmation to not worry about the future, no matter how tyrannical the government is, and how hateful they are making people to be.

Have you heard about Jill Bolte Taylor? She talks about the 4 parts of the brain. On the left side, the first one is intellectual, organized & knows right from wrong. Gets you from point a to point b. Second one, still on left side, is the inner child who lives from trauma. This is where the anxiety & worry lives. When this one comes up it's important to be gentle and learn to love and soothe this part of you. On the right side, the 3rd one is creative, fun & impulsive & lives in the present. Will roll in the mud if the opportunity arises. And finally on the right side is God. Pure love and lives in the here and now. Knows everything is connected. Here is where you make a difference. Switching from looking at my brain as the ego to seeing it as the inner child made a huge difference but now, with this new understanding takes it to the next level.
I saw her years ago on Ted Talks.
Her story is amazing - a must watch.

that part about your daughter being amazed by everything and how you respond to it brought me to tears. I had a very very loving father who had similar reactions to everything that was interesting to me. I lost him when I was 8. it's been more than 21 years at this point and I never saw my inner child die since then. I am always amazed by the synchronicities in life, the way a lovely breeze brushes against my cheek, a sun that shines brightly and that warms my bones, the same bridge I walk by every single week day that has that weakly flowing river, which comes with a welcoming tight shore for some to sit by and contemplate.
I feel so, so, so blessed to have this vision that makes me see things in a deeper sense.
I feel blessed, eternally grateful.
It's interesting using the sun as an analogy, our pets are a perfect example of living in the 'NOW'.....cats are excellent zen masters and all pets only live 'right now'. Thank you Kyle for being the balm I needed after an exhausting day at work.

My cats are actually anxious when they see me packing, they would lie down in my suitcase or stay close to it. They do worry about future.
I was talking about you last night after having realizations the night before. My thoughts were straying to what “they’re” thinking, doing, comparing etc! I had to keep coming back to me, what do I want. I saw little me, I hugged her. What a great lesson. All these crowds were there, but told them to get out. It’s freeing and lighter without THEM.
Oh man, I so got this. Get this. 60 years in that outfit. Time for a full wardrobe change.
I like to bargain with the universe. Today I asked: if I can be more in joy, will you bring me more joy?
This afternoon I was walking home and saw a friend as her grandson in some trees. I asked what they were doing and eventually ended an 8’ ladder with a 10 foot dead branch poking a toy drone out of a fir tree. Best fun I’ve had for a long time 💜🌻🎁

'I'm owed more than this moment' mentality is sickening, literally. Pressing through the discomfort of so much b.s. is becoming a relief with a deeper sense of gratitude.
Thank You Kyle. So much comfort I needed from this today. Realizing that’s been what I’ve been crying out the past few days is the ability to see and jump into the future and the “what should I be doing?” Listening to this reminded me of the end of the first semester of college I had a theft and gun threat personally on me, and remembering the circle of loving God energy I had when I walked with the bus driver to report what had happened. I’ve had so many close to death moments in the past 27 years and remembering that each time was filled with peace.

I was in my not at all seperate head today about the possibility of covid camps and having to make horrendous choices of be jabbed or bye bye kids. Kept coming back into now, breathing and feeling the love of me, and reminding myself there is no future and there never was. Now THATS an all day meditation 🤣 I don't have notifications on, but came to see if you were back from yer camping trip yet, and you had posted about 4 minutes before. Ps when i ask my daughter what her favorite colour is she says 'all the colours in all the shades' 😂💖🌈 oh my god, laughed out loud at the dead fly. Laugh SO out loud.
Had a ten second internal tanrum 'waaaaaah, kyle didn't heart my comment like everyone else'. And then instantly decided that the thought to join your absolutely everything pass group was happening immediately. 🤣🤣🤣 Thanks so much for not hearting my comment kyle. Try to remember, there's a pattern throughout history of tyrants trying to make it seem like they have more support than they really do. It would be awfully cramped in those camps if they tried it now, and it's only going to get worse for them as more people notice what's really going on. We shouldn't let them scare us. You + God is ALWAYS a majority.

Self Love is THE key 🔑 to all healing - emotional, mental, physical healing! It is what I believe is the key to healing addiction both on an individual and collective level!
I so get the constant mind looking to the future from a place of fear and limitation.
Being aligned with the now is so scary to those ego thought patterns. It is challenging when they gain momentum. It is catching those repetitive thoughts and realising the falseness of them even when they feel so real and so dominant. They want to be heard, noticed and held onto.
So alignment with Source (love) is key. Thanks for your real, connected, open and honest expression which expresses an energy of it ok and you are safe to feel and in feeling what you are feeling in the moment allow love through.

Yes I love what you wrote, and it's important to add after you kick out those repetitive thoughts the place will be empty at risk to be filled in again with evil ego ...EGO . EDGE God Out. ....so the new clear space in the mind must be filled with God's verse in course of miracles playing aloud in background all day until we are clear of repetitive thoughts of ego fearing wanting lusting desiring what is not before us. And if we legitimately have a fear before us , for instance a court case , an arrest, or a poor person robbing you of money.....see the opportunity in the event to cancel out fear. See the opportunity to have a jurry trial to preach the truth to, ( only if you represent your self lawyers sell your case deal it like trading cards in the back room making deals with other lawyers and District attorneys. Keep them out of your case ...talk to the jury yourself .!
Or If by chance your being robbed have mercy and compassion for the guy who obviously is hurting form this rigged program to only advance a ruling elite one world control hungry party of a few blood drinking baby slaughtering non human demonic individuals who programed us to worry about so much stuff non stop which doesn't allow for our inter personal reflection on the CPU unit existing within us , God !!! Holy moly , Talk about momentum, I just finished living 14 years in heart break agony .
But I woke up to the game I was allowing to be playing on myself, I was the co codependent allowing a narcissist to inflict painful rejection with intermittent reward based control of my emotional well being, A very highly additive thing intermittent reward is.......when I learned Narcissism is without love For another but love for control, which is what all governments do , control our reality , I simply went three days pushing out all fear thoughts and stayed engaged in what was before me , I am unhooked I am free of my addictive love pain desire for this narcissist who I now only have mercy for and i see the Devine in him. He was my catalyst to awakening. The God of Light will shine in us all again soon. But im unable to see the Devine in the shadow government trying to kill off the human population other then it is a catalyst for mass awakenings .

A thought came to me...one of my hard moments growing up was all 6 kids getting ready for church or an event. My mom was always concerned with "What will they think of us?" We had to be perfect. This came to mind as I was listening to you speak about NOW and the future and we were preparing for a moment in the future. There was so much fighting and crying for an event that might not even happen? What if my mom just loved us in the NOW? That would have been nice.❤
I am so incredibly thankful for you. You are helping me reach duality. Since I was a child it’s almost as if I forgot how to actually live in the moment. I went through old family photos today and it brought me pure joy and love. I even brought home things from my parents house to my own home. Living in the moment. I’m even walking slower. Kyle, yesterday I meditated with you in a video you posted some months ago. I have just found you on youtube 5 days ago. During the meditation, a great pain made it's exit from my body and I found this has changed my worldview. I have NEVER had that happen before. What Love! I had been walking in the dark faking it, but then fell headlong into a deep ditch and became lost, bereft and confused. I love how you remind us to be okay with what comes up and to love the emotion by sitting with it. Not for the faint of heart, but oh so worth it! Kyle, you are doing the work you were sent here to do and I encourage you to keep being yourself. I know you will. Blessings and Love to you!

If I had known how horrific and 'love-LESS' and alone and lonely my life was to be back in 1990, I would have, HAPPILY AND WITH GREAT GLEE, put a gun to my head and pulled the trigger and would have 'loved' that bullet more than anything else in the world.

In all this awakening of humanity, is all about individuals to rise the positive vibration or something esle, bigger than us is happening any way.???

Astrology wise- I don't know...some cycles...planets alignment
Is there any "divine intervention" or is all on individuals?
I'm aaking this because what I see around me. The vast majority is asleep, unfortunately.
I don't want to leave here the feeling that I freak out...anyway I'm working on personal level on my awakening..I just have the feeling that we need a hand in all this.
Is the universe/God/the source working in our favour anyway? Or everything relies on individuals only?
