    Great job! I was just wondering on the quality of the axe steel for chopping wood.

      It holds an edge pretty good. About 1/2" from edge is all that is hardened on the Harbor Freight axes that I use. Just can't let that edge get hot while grinding the pattern out.

    Great instructional videos but I suggest you draw a small circle on the bench surface to assist keeping the focal point of the action centered.

      I used one from a set I bought off Amazon. Here's the description:
      Double Cut Carbide Rotary Burr Set - 10 Pcs 1/8" Shank, 1/4" Head Length Tungsten Steel for Woodworking,Drilling, Metal Carving, Engraving, Polishing. Thanks for the comment
