I believe they can, right now my HB stats are 337 HP, 147 Att and 150 Def. These are not huge stats by any means especially as my garp is still lvl 80. If you talk about support then you cant trust any gameplay from any youtuber who has "high" support. 😁

New Players cant follow this video build HP DEF on attacker becuz this you whale account have high support with extra stats from lots hyperboost
