Hi Varun, just correcting you here... "Bhujing" recipe is originally from place called Virar which is further extension of Western Suburbs if Mumbai. "Phopti" is know recipe from Alibaug which you may find on UA-cam.
Varun I have seen people using the cycle spokes instead of iron skewers .... jus try if it works...

Aditya Palange . You can make Bambuke Bombil in your home. Bring fresh Bombil n clean it but keep its heads intact. Then put this in a rope n make garland of bombil. Hang it in the window n let it dry till evening. Now its ready to cook. You can make curry or fry or else malasa with lots of onion like prawns masala. Bombils cook faster hence need to handle carefully. Perfect period to make bambuke bombil is in winter season. Pl. try it.
