२. Germ Cell Tumors
0:42 CA -125 की मात्रा बढ़ना
- ज्यादातर Ovarian cancer में CA -125 की मात्रा बढ़ी हुई होती है। लेकिन इसकेलिए अन्य भी कारण हो सकते है।
- पेट का TB, सधी गांठ, Endometriosis, कोई infection या inflammation में भी ये levels बढ़ी हुई होती है।
01:52 क्या सभी CA 125 बढ़ना मतलब cancer होता है?
- नहीं। Germ Cell Tumors में CA -125 नही बढ़ता। इसके मार्कर्स अलग होते है तो इस type के ovarian cancer में CA -125 नहीं बढ़ता।
