I know this will be tough to swallow, but honestly getting to a streak of this length while playing tainted lost occasionally, eden and even tainted jacob once is something to be quite proud of. Instead of beating yourself up, pat yourself on the back.
Having you explain the items in the run is very nice even tho I play Isaac for a long time I’m pretty casual with it and don’t know every thing from memory

on minute 22 couldnt u just do the boss use the active item unlock the devil deal and then charge your item with the remaining uncleared rooms and go to error
