Behind the scenes of the Guthrie Theater's 12-hour Shakespeare marathon performance

The Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis has a cast of 25 actors who have been rehearing not just one, but three works of Shakespeare for a 12-hour marathon: Richard II, Henry IV and Henry V.
"These stories have a lot to say. ... And those classic plays are great because you go, 'wow, 400 years ago, Shakespeare was writing about this thing. And it sounds an awful lot like our political moment, our societal moment, et cetera.' So there's great wisdom in those great plays," said Guthrie artistic director Joseph Haj.
