    I don't mind late night either carbs I just avoid drinking lots of water with them later in the night. Might be a myth but apparently keeps the carbs from floating 🤔 so they digest faster?

    Where do you draw the line between cardio and reducing your calories? Where’s the happy medium between the two extremes i.e. don’t do any cardio and significantly reduce calories or don’t reduce calories and do lots of cardio.

      Honestly bro it’s all a trial and error game but aim to increase cardio more first but I think more than 1.5 hours of cardio per day will become excessive.

      Ultimately it’s just being in a deficit. High carbs are good for muscle fullness because being lean but flat is not a good look.
