Where do you draw the line between cardio and reducing your calories? Where’s the happy medium between the two extremes i.e. don’t do any cardio and significantly reduce calories or don’t reduce calories and do lots of cardio.
Honestly bro it’s all a trial and error game but aim to increase cardio more first but I think more than 1.5 hours of cardio per day will become excessive.
Welll i don't understand alot diet lads who are shredded say high protein and low carb what makes you lean with high carbs ?
Ultimately it’s just being in a deficit. High carbs are good for muscle fullness because being lean but flat is not a good look.

Bulk to shreds isn't as easy when you married and content compared to your early 20's I found. Agree Patience & Consistency are the keys.
