Always entertaining, look forward to the virtual planetarium every month. As a fairly long-term amateur astronomer, I'm so glad we inherited mainly Arabic star names rather than Latin ones, apart from the poetic sounds, they give us Westerners a great opportunity for misspelling, mispronunciation, and strangulated vowels...one day I'd love to hear a true Arabic speaker give the original pronunciation. Unfortunately, my star atlas just has an American accent, so I'm still none the wiser.
Hey Gents being a layman here I wonder if possible if a pointer could be used to point out the objects that you mention while talking? This coming from a fella in Canada
a great episode last night, thank you
Cheers guys. Always nice to hear your thoughts.

Some new interesting targets for me in May, doubles in Bootes, an otherwise overlooked constellation.

IC 4665, in Serpent bearer is close by too, if you try and find M5... And easier to see.
I am wondering why you did not show the shot with the infrared camera. You spoke of it. Why not give a shot of it!
Make sure you haven't got a infrared filter on your camera 😉
The reason I don't watch the sky at night anymore. All the dammed CGI
