  • In an interview with THEPHILBIZNEWS last August at the unveiling of Honda's Training Center and Parts Warehouse, Honda Cars Philippines Inc. president Rie Miyake discussed the company's latest initiatives, including the launch of a new service training center and parts warehouse.
With an investment of around half a billion pesos (₱500 Million), these facilities, she said, reflect Honda's commitment to enhancing the overall customer experience, focusing on both after-sales services and customer interaction.
Ms. Miyake said providing long-term value to customers throughout their ownership journey is important.
She said Honda plans to expand its hybrid models and safety features like Honda Sensing in the Philippine market, aligning with its goal of improving customer satisfaction and contributing to society.
Ms. Miyake said Honda continues to prioritize trust, reliability, and a customer-centric approach to foster growth in the country.
