    This is the perfect rendition of an angry customer. This is more believable then the others I had watched thus far, and while the others are more streamlined and "here's how it should be done", this is how it goes down in real life. It's never clean, the customer doesn't want to be happy unless they get something out of it for either free or they can see that you are visibly uncomfortable so they can hold that power over you till you give them what they want. (I've seen that happen to a few young newbies, I had to go and play superwoman and come to their rescue).
    And the way that this was ended....I have legitimately seen that, it was ended like a real actual upset customer would have acted that had a turning point in their moods...though...it did end and switch over a little too fast, and the phone calls were put through and accepted perhaps a little too quickly, but this is a scenario...not a documentary.
    This was an excellent video, everything was handled wonderfully, the customer had everything explained to her, she was made happy with the waiving of the activation fee, she got a discount on some accessories so the company made some money and she was given more information. Wonderful video, a highly REALISTIC video.
    Also...kind of makes me want to go and get an At&t phone...and I definitely can't use the excuse I don't know about the activation fee.

    Probably the most accurate representation of an irate customer to be honest. They are NOT handling it correctly, they are on the defensive. They need to be more assertive (not aggressive but assertive) and more confident. Less uhhs and more silence (if you can't control it). There are certainly some articles to help in this area but don't look to this video.

    You will NEVER NEVER put your coworker down saying things like he is "new" and he needs training. It is not professional. Good customer service doesn´t mean you should allow the customer throw their garbage over you. So basically the customer humiliated you and won, she got wherever she wanted they way that she wanted, just cancel the freaking service, who needs customers like that? They are never happy!

    They should of offered the accessories at no extra charge, instead they're getting her for more money. True, they did waive the activation fee but they could of done more. Maybe changing her plan to meet her needs might lower the bill. The whole thing with prorated rates and billing cycle is correct in reality. I would of handled it very differently that's all.
