ABOUT GOOD GIRLS
When we last saw Beth, she had just shot Rio as he was beating up Agent Turner. Now that he's out of the picture, she's ready to run the game and stay in control. The women take on seemingly innocent jobs - Beth in a stationary store, Ruby in a nail salon and Annie as a valet - each with a special purpose to aid them in their new criminal enterprise. What happens as they expand their operation will have a ripple effect with their families. Meanwhile, Stan's taken a job in security at a strip club and Dean is working sales at a spa company. From Executive Producer Jenna Bans ("Grey's Anatomy," "Scandal") comes the third season of this comedy-infused drama that mixes a little "Thelma & Louise" with a bit of "Breaking Bad." The cast includes Christina Hendricks, Retta, Mae Whitman, Reno Wilson, Manny Montana, Lidya Jewett, Isaiah Stannard and Matthew Lillard.

Beth is never going back to being a housewife so why not let these two just get along. They have great chemistry and the viewers like them getting along. It would be less frustrating to watch if you just give us what we want and let us see Rio take her to the next level in his corrupt world with a little sexual tension of course 😝

I think Rio absolutely knows what’s going on and because of that he is going to double cross Beth. Rios boss is either someone we already know or someone in law enforcement. Still weird that those cops stole that counterfeit money in broad daylight. And he said he knew when that young guy spoke to the cops from someone in the precinct from 1 or 2 seasons ago

But he trusts her (especially as a business partner) he knows that whatever they will go throug she is going to help him, he is no longer alone as it used to be...! You can see that behind his personal feelings for her, he just want to pull her with him in this battle against the SS/FBI.

STOP THE BRIO BAITING IN ALL YOUR PROMOS. You don't even deliver. It is obvious they are away of their popularity, but then don't use their 5 minutes scenes to spoil everything each episode and then to not deliver anyway. We get more Dean, btw, she still has NEVER mentioned the cancer lie again, more of Beth still trying to get rid of Rio, which everyone is so tired of and Annie getting degraded. The writing is just so repetitve, people are tired of it. Its very obvious to me the writers actually don't care for Brio at all.

Beth and Rio reminded me of Fifty Shades and Mary Queen and Joker. Thanks for doing great drama. It was a lot of fun, I was so happy, every scene was excited, I hope Brio will have more good scenes, more sweet, thank you.😍

Am I correct in thinking this was supposed to be the season three finale? I had a lot of problems with season three and I continue to struggle because Brio is what I want from this show. I didn’t like the harsh edge of season three with his anger and her plan to kill him instead of the way they were both looking at each other and having a conversation with just their eyes as the other characters were stuck having the actual conversation or when he would push her hair out of his eyes and she would close her eyes as if the one gesture meant more than a kiss from anyone else.
I stopped watching after the first episode of season four because Brio felt broken. Is there any real hope of that or any non killing him or screwing him over Beth ever come back bc I couldn’t stand her in season three so if Brio is done, please be honest about it!
I think there would be a Brio scene next episode. Also in season 4 Beth is going to meet Rios boss and some of his family. This first 4 espiosde in season 4 were end of season 3 so now this episode is first episode of an actual season 4.

Season Three finale was supposed to be the episode called “Fall Guy”(4x03) with the cliffhanger being when dean got arrested instead of Beth or Rio

I was so excited to watch this episode but when I saw the kitchen scene it was so uncomfortable.
You don't need to be worried, he never cross bundaries with her. He just wanted to be sure she was not wired. And he made love to her 2 times, despite whatever happened this kind of trust is still there between them, Beth can be naked in front of him without feeling abused or humiliated for that. He knew it! 🤷♀️

So I have a question...does anyone else think the wire scene was sexual coercion? Some people on tumblr said it was, and I didn’t really think of it at first. Now I’m conflicted🤦♀️I don’t want to invalidate anybody’s uncomfortableness with the scene.
This whole show has him very abusive towards Beth. For some reason we all get excited and think it’s sexy. We are so damaged and need therapy!...... just remember it’s pretend and not real life.
I'm not invalidating at all people thinking it was sexual coercion but I didn't see it that way. He was trying to see if she was wearing a wire. I didn't love that he unbuttoned her shirt himself, I'll admit. But he stepped a good distance from her after he did that, he didn't show his gun to threaten her to do it. He left almost immediately after she did it.
