@@reyrey9752 Hard disagree. Kaiba’s anime deck wasn’t as good as Kaito’s because the anime wasn’t as advanced back then. But if we check out DSOD Kaiba’s deck? I’m fairly certain he would defeat Kaito. In terms of raw skill they are probably about the same, though I may give a small edge to kaiba.
Best character in all of yugioh zexal along with shark. Which is kinda sad u would think the main character would at least be designed as a better character than his rivals but then again Yuma is young and I find him annoying but that's just me if u like yuma it's fine but in my eyes every duel until like the last episodes of the final season was literally Astral carrying him. I get what they were trying do by make him and crappy duelist at first just to improve but like every win was astral. And every time something happen to Astral. Yuma would lose all progress and become unconfindent again. Which is why I see Katio and Shark as better characters. Ps thanks for the trivia on Katio.

I really hate how Kite’s deck is the most convenient, ridiculously OP deck ever. It’s like each one of his monster has like 20 different effects that just so happens to work in his favour, like; “this monster’s effect allows me to negate the attack of my opponent’s monster. But that’s not all, he can also lower my opponent’s monster’s attack points by 800! But that’s not all, it has another effect, it can negate all spell and trap cards in your field. But wait, it has *another* effect I just pulled out of my ass, it can also destroy all spell and trap cards, including your monsters, it increases it’s attack by 2billion, as long it’s on the field you are prevent from summoning or attacking or using spells-“ Jesus Christ Kite, is there anything your deck doesn’t do? Did the writers let their kids write all the effects for Kite’s monsters? He’s worse than Bakura when it comes to his deck’s effect.

Why is Kite in Arc V, there is no backstory to it and for all we know, because of the invasion of the XYZ dimension, all of the ZEXAL characters are dead or in cards. It’s led me to believe this because Kite was the only one who survived from ZEXAL... EVERYONE IS DEAD!
Accept Yuma since he was in an other world but the thing is the reason why kite is in Arc V because he is reborn after 100 years and created this alternate version of kite after the ZEXEL once

Nah astral for the most part was there to give him access to his extra deck, and kite is no where near the best character from zeal.
