Meanwhile bandage boy wants to kill her, but only can bring himself to do it if she smiles honestly or runs away, which she can't, and can only really do so once they're outside and he has to fulfill his promise to kill her. Eventually, they develop the closest bond either of them have ever had, entirely around the point of one of them killing the other, which to be fair, eventually may or may not have succeeded, as he simply may have been a delusion of her fractured mind which occurred from her surviving and not being killed. This entire series was so fucking surreal to watch at three in the morning.
