- Hi welcome back to Abandoned Koh Chang and The Side You Don't See. As i mention in the vlog i don't want this to put anyone off coming to Koh Chang this is still probably my favourite Island in Thailand. Unless you look for these places you probably won't come across them.

That's Klong prao beach m8 ..stayed at Tiger huts 2019 ..was fine then ..covid hit by looks and went downhill..koh chang is great ..been 9 holidays ...Best island...klong prao ..kai bae and lonely beach 😮beach
It’s my favourite island mate, I’ll be back soon to see if tiger huts has opened back up. I hope so👍🏻💯
Gutted how it looks now. The first place I used to recommend people visit when I lived in Bangkok. Cheers Richy for the update. Hopefully it gets rebuilt and White sands was my favourite escape from Bangkok.

Hi richy i first came koh chang 2016 was always my favorite place so many great nights in soi ting tong lonely beach was the big place for travelers probably been koh chang 10 times was last there june 22 so sad see the place it was deserted and looks worst now hopefully it will get better in the future thanks for your update.

Sorry to burst your bubble Richy but he didnt say that a new goverment law had come in, he just said they all closed 3 years ago in covid. He just couldnt understand what you meant so he just kept saying yes
That’s ridiculous, they should use my idea then. I hope they get it sorted, I’ll be going back sometime this year to see and give an update. Thanks Neil
@@ParkinsonRaw Im going on Wednesday and will hopefully be arriving in Koh Chang on 16th April for a week of total relaxation for 7 days on my own. Ive been to Koh Chang once before 15 years ago so interested to see how or if its changed. All the best mate.

Wow so much abandoned places it good that Thailand government is getting into the act to sort things out

Thanks mate, I did try but I couldn’t get down the road it was blocked off. I’ll try again next time I’m there, I love Koh Chang it’s my favourite island.

Damn, I hope I didn't make a mistake booking for 2 nights during weekend in next march. I've seen a couple of videos how bad it has gotten at Lonely Beach.
