Probably cause what they used is much more effective? Kiner used the same score from "Ahsoka Leaves" and manipulated it in the scene. Since that was the last time Anakin And Ahsoka saw each other on screen at the time before Rebels.
1:48. This is the moment she realizes how far Anakin has truly fallen. It is also when she sees how much pain he truly is in, since she could hear his voice rather than a mechanical slave. This is when she realizes that her friend is gone. This is when she loses all hope that Anakin will ever return. This scene truly is the best in all of Rebels. Edit: reason why I think this (emphasizing the last line) is because I don’t think she knows about Luke. So yeah.
Honestly, I love the music they played for the real scene. But this makes me even sadder, realizing what happen to Anakin. You just want Anakin to have a happy life but knows he can't... until his death.
