I'm an artist myself and yes, body painting is indeed art, but this particular type of art is being used and abused for the wrong reasons. It's under the guise of art but clearly used solely for the sexual implications it has to attract views, likes, subs etc. Now, there isn't anything wrong with wanting to get attention and certainly not thought art, but they don't do it for the sake of making art and getting recognition through it, but instead through showing their bodies and bypassing twitch guidelines by labeling it art. I've seen this topic covered before and while I tend not to judge people's skills at first, it's clear that, not only are they not good 'artists' they do next to nothing to improve their 'art'. Why? Because they don't have to. The appeal is their body not the art itself.

So they have no need to develop a personality. We make celebrity our God and worship it. Then these young ones go out in the world and think that all they have to offer is their body. And with social media everyone can make sure they are being watched all the time, so they feel a bit of that celebrity kick. Of course the obviously flaw with this line of thinking is that the streamer in this case is acknowledging a group of people and not the person individual. But a lot of people suffer from the flaw of the needing to feel like they are getting attention, especially if its from someone they think is attractive in some manner.
I'd be lying if I said the feeling wasn't a nice one... but I also don't really feel the need for it either. But these guys? Yeah these guys have a serious problem with needing it. It is actually quite logical if you understand the motivations behind it . There are usually two groups of women that cry about women being "objectified". The first group are the ugly one's that are jealous of attractive women, because they know all too well and understand that they are at a severe disadvantage since they can't use their body to get easy and cheap attention like attractive women can (attention is like oxygen to women). This is their way of levelling the playing field (it is the same reason why the fat acceptance movement is made up of almost exclusively women).
The second group are the attractive one's who purposefully "objectify" themselves with skimpy clothing because it gets them easy and cheap attention without having to have any real discernible talent or putting in any sort of hard work to get noticed by others. When these women then whine about objectification, they are actually trying to "humble" brag about how attractive they are and therefore draw even more attention onto themselves, whilst pretending like their motivations aren't that shallow.
In the end both groups know that they are full of shit!
