I think doing the leftover boxes with randomised older merch is an awesome idea!! You could buy one and just get a potluck of things and the boxes could all be different from one another. Throw a mixed lot of pins in a few different bins, badges, stickers, whatever you have left from previous collections and just grab out the right number of each to fill the box. Honestly, that sounds amazing. Particularly if it meant I had a chance at one or two of the pins that are no longer sold that I missed out on.

hey bayls, since you go thru a lot of label paper, maybe when you run out you could switch to ecoenclose? since regular label backing is not recyclable. leigh ellexson mentioned them in a vid abt eco-friendly packaging and they're zero waste!
