A shared journey with patients and hcp to raise awareness of the disease and the importance of increasingly effective glycaemic control.
With the initiative ‘Insieme nella gestione del diabete’, Medtronic has brought an educational hub, inside a truck, to some Italian squares and hospital centres, which represent excellence in the use of technology in diabetes, to learn more about nutrition, carbohydrate counting and physical activity related to the management of diabetes, and to share clinical experiences related to its portfolio of therapies and services together with healthcare professionals.
