Same for me! I binged 3/4 of the book in a day because it was just giving what need to be gave in the moment 😂 (I read it in march so the summer vibes made me so excited for summer) absolutely one of my favourite books ever x
The prompt to buy a book and read it this month is such a great one. A nice treat and a great excuse to buy a new book. Hope you have been enjoying your reads. Have a great rest of the month.
To be honest, i don't think that i will get to much reading in December.. Two words = Watching Vlogmas 🙊... Along with reading, i always have every intention of watching Christmas movies as well and i never end up doing it 🤷♀ BUT I will definitely read a lot more in that strange week between Boxing Day and the New Year. 💖
honestly, that is such a good point 😂 there is always so much content to consume in December! I hope you have the best time watching all the festive videos & movies 🎄❤️
I loved this idea so much I wanted to try it out myself. I wanted to ask if it is okay for you to tell us what prompts do you have on the jar, because I think it would be so much more fun than just picking a book normally.
So excited to watch! Love your videos Rachel. I also have a book recommendation for you, it's called 'Not Without My Daughter'. I'm reading it at the moment and although it is like 500 pages you get hooked really early. It's a true story and I thought you might like it, it might be out of your comfort zone but I hope you decide to read it. Anyway, love you!❤️❤️
Excited for you to start kingdom of the wicked series! I loved them all and are close to being up their with tog and acotar series for me! But warning 3rd books quite spicy but not acosf spice level thank god lol
I want to recommend you to try some cozy mysteries. I think you’d really love them. I’m reading “Apple Cider Slaying” by Julie Anne Lindsey right now for a book club and I’m loving it so much.
OH MY GOSH THE BIBLE VERSE AT THE BEGINNING I audibly gasped. Thank you so much for sharing that. I feel like Christians nowadays are scared of sharing their faith, and believe me I am too sometimes. God bless you!
I love watching your videos I just love your energy. I really enjoyed The Summer of Broken Rules. It’s such an easy and fun read. I also really loved Magnolia parks long way home. I liked it way more than the first one
Quick question: Where do you find your prompt ideas for your TBR jar? Love your vids on reading and I seriously have not done much this year as I was super busy, but definitely will start my reading agin in 2023 to follow a goal to read a lot but have trouble choosing books to read next - which means I need to do a TBR jar to gain some excitement back in my life of reading.❤
I’m curious did you find the prompts online somewhere or coke up with your own. I’m interested in picking my TBR per month starting in January but I am also a mood reader. Usually I just pick something after I finish one.
I did a bit of both! I watched other youtube videos of people who used prompts so I could find some Inspo, I also looked up prompts on Pinterest & then I just came up with some myself!
the fine print was my first book by lauren asher and i had the same problem with it you did with throttled, the only reason i liked throttled a little more was bc i actually kind of like f1 and was invested in who won and stuff lol. i've tried to start the next books in both series but i have a feeling her writing style isn't for me cause i didn't get very far with either, i hope it's not the same case for you though. good luck with your tbr this month!!
When I quickly looked at the thumbnail I thought you were holding a massive burrito 😂
OMG 😂😂 I kinda wish I was
The TBR Burrito
I love the tbr jar picks. And I think it’s brilliant you put stickers on books you haven read yet. Makes it so easy to pick them out.
the stickers help me so much! definitely recommend! x
The summer of broken rules is my favourite book of the year along with every summer after!! Love the nostalgic summer vibes
eeeep I'm so excited!! 🥰

Up, I like.
Loved this! I think I'm going to start a TBR jar in the new year to help me get through more of the books on my shelf - great idea
your post are always perfectly in line with my terrible sleep schedule 😂 1am in texas, US🎉
I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing 😂
@@RachelCatherine me either 😂
The white stickers on the spine of your unread books is such a good idea !
I find it so much easier to visually see which books I haven't read!
You look SO stunning in this video (you always do in every video, but you just like so glowy!!)
I really want to read the Magnolia Parks series!
The long way home is my favourite book of the series so far!! So damn good
I'm so excited 🥰
i love this trend omg!!! you gotta do this for future months
Yessssss the summer of broken rules is going to be so cuuute. Just have the expectation that its YA
oh I didn't realise it was YA but I love YA! Good to know 🥰 thank you!
YESS!! Love kingdom of the wicked!! The first one is deff not as focused on romance compared to the next two. But its sooooo good!!
oooh okay, I'm intrigued 👀
The fine print is sooo good
I love this. This month I’m going to try to follow your prompts as well. I’m not sure I’ll be able to read all ten but I’m excited to try!
oh that's so fun!! I never thought about doing the prompts together!! Such a good idea!
such a fun concept!!!
So excited to watch! Love your videos Rachel.

That sounds so interesting! I'll definitely add it to my list!
i read radio silence in july and really liked it
highly recommend💫
Excited for you to start kingdom of the wicked series! I loved them all and are close to being up their with tog and acotar series for me! But warning 3rd books quite spicy but not acosf spice level thank god lol
I have kingdom of the wicked on my December reading list also!
I want to recommend you to try some cozy mysteries. I think you’d really love them. I’m reading “Apple Cider Slaying” by Julie Anne Lindsey right now for a book club and I’m loving it so much.
Hey Rachel! I just wanted to say your videos bring me so much joy and inspired me to start my own booktube!!
Love this concept a lot, i find it cool ! ^^ 👌🏻🌸✨✨
I LOVE RADIO SILENCE!
Some Cozy romances I've read are the Chancellor Fairy Tales by Melanie Karsak they are non Smutty Adult Romance
If you’re planning on reading solitaire by Alice Oseman, read the before radio silence! As it does contain some spoilers from solitaire
i think solitaire is also a rlly good book from alice oseman if u ever want to read it lol
No holiday romances?? Those are my personal fav to read in December!
I literally love this idea for picking your monthly reads!! Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on all these!! 💖
thanks Ali!! Can't wait to read them all 😇💗
I just finished reading Woman in The Window, totally awesome it is a great read.
OH MY GOSH THE BIBLE VERSE AT THE BEGINNING
I audibly gasped. Thank you so much for sharing that. I feel like Christians nowadays are scared of sharing their faith, and believe me I am too sometimes. God bless you!
Kyland is a very underrated book!
I'm so excited to see what I think 😇
I love watching your videos I just love your energy. I really enjoyed The Summer of Broken Rules. It’s such an easy and fun read. I also really loved Magnolia parks long way home. I liked it way more than the first one
I'm so excited!! 😇
I love this idea! I like that you get a little more flexibility with the prompts. ❤
Quick question: Where do you find your prompt ideas for your TBR jar? I found most of mine from other youtubers who did similar videos & also Pinterest! 💗
I have been dying for you to read Forever Interrupted by TJR 😫 so if you have time please read it! Love the rest of your picks though 💕💕
I'll get to it one day 😅
Great video!😸
Hey Rachel, I’m almost done w/ my 10th book out of my 60 book goal. I’ll keep you updated. I got so busy since then, so the reading has been limited.
that's so exciting!! 🎉
For romance subplot you should of picked city of bones
I'm saving that series for next year! I didn't want to start another long series before the end of the year 🥰 I'm really excited to pick it up though!
Rachel are you on goodreads? ❤
wait do you have Christmas during the summer season?
Articles book/movie in titles (a, an, the, etc) don’t count when alphabetizing books, so you’re not even cheating with The Summer of Broken Rules! ;)
Love love your videos so thank you! Quick question- if you read and don't enjoy a book do you still keep it? xx
I usually do keep it! But maybe one day I'll unhaul the books I didn't enjoy 🥰
I’m curious did you find the prompts online somewhere or coke up with your own. I’m interested in picking my TBR per month starting in January but I am also a mood reader. Usually I just pick something after I finish one.

Thanks! I’ll try Pinterest. I’m new to the UA-cam vlogs. I’m loving the inspiration and ideas.
I'm so confused by the quote in the beginning
7:13 this is soon to be a movie starring Millie Bobby Brown!
oh that's so cool!! 😮
Do you have Goodreads?
I have it but don't use it 💛
❤️📚❤️

i read the girls ive been 2 years ago, and it was really slow paced and not a lot happened. i gave it a 1/5 as it was just kind of boring
Oh nooo ☹️
