We absolutely loved your beautiful country!! We hope to return as soon as possible! Thank you for watching, we love having this video as a memory of our time in Croatia ❤️🇭🇷
We loved Telascica and kornati national park which are islands and also accessible via boat from Zadar ❤ Nice video and thanks for sharing Mélanie and Norman
1. No, Sidney did not jump. But neither did 90% of the people there 😂 And there is no way I could have done it without her encouragement! I was frozen up there for a while 😆 2. Believe it or not, they stayed on very easily! Rubber Birkenstocks were the perfect footwear for the day, easy to walk and they dried very quickly in the sun! So glad you enjoyed the video, it was definitely of the most memorable days of the year! 😊

Croatian 101: č = ch as in Chuck ć = ch as in choose š = sh as in shower c = c prounounced like the c in Sicily. then there are the ij. nj, hv, hr, sounds which can be hard for people without breaking their tongues sometimes. Hrana, hvala, and so on... What I was wondering. The bird songs early morning must have been different to the concert you are used to at home? What about this experience? Oh and, if you see a Croatian word with hv like hvala or Hvar...it is not Hevar or hevala...it is Hvar and hvala. ^^ Each and every one does this wrong! Why though? Good old English in the simple word what pronouncing it nicely would be Hwat, wouldn't it? That is exactly the same thing...^^
That’s very helpful! We definitely had trouble with hvala, Hvar, etc. not sure why! It was a struggle to make that quick hv sound! That’s interesting that mentioned the birds, it was definitely a noticeable difference! I hadn’t remembered that until you mentioned it! Thanks for watching and for the info 😊
@@MaxandSidney I have forgotten two sounds: Đ / đ is like the J in Django, but the D is not silent. Ž / ž is pretty much like you would say Je (I or me) in French

What an awesome day! A couple of questions:

2. Was it hard to keep your shoes on while swimming around??? 😂
