It's very hard to ban but it reduces a lot of abuse of women.

เมื่อประมาณ 10-25 ปี ที่แล้ว การเล่นแป้งมีการลวนลามทางเพศสูง จนออกข่าวบ่อยมากๆ เลยมีมาตราการงดการเล่นแป้งเพื่อป้องกันการลวมลาม แต่ปัจจุบัน การลวนลามลดลงมากๆ ถึงแม้จะมีการเล่นแป้งอยู่ เจ้าหน้าที่ก็เลยน่าจะผ่อนปรนมากขึ้น

We must come back to our home and family.
1st day on the morning we go to temple , afternoon we pour water on the hands of revered elders and ask for blessing and evening (night) we have party on the family for enjoy together.
2nd - 3rd we go out to play water and powder with other.
But in the present, No play powder because we want to protect the women which they would been touch on their bodies by the men.
