I do apologise for the quality of review here and my appearance everyone lol i had quite an unexpected big night the day before and as this car was being sold the next day i had to film it or i would have missed getting it on the channel.. so i have had this footage for over 2 months and ive finally tried to salvage what i could from it so i hope you still enjoy it and i promise the next review will be of much higher quality :)
So on this episode we have a 2001 EVO 7, this is my second time being in an evo since starting the channel and man does this not disappoint.. there is something truly special about the evos and its very hard to explain until you've driven one.

killer loved it! My boss when I worked at Thrifty car Rentals knew someone at Mitsubishi and took me for a he'll ride around the city in an EVO and boy the cornering power and sheer speed you could corner at blew my mind

Don’t worry Ross about mic quality this review is just as good as the others. I love how you have a little history section then heaps of interesting facts about the cars.
Mitch James thanks bro🙏🙌 yes the mic issue was annoying but unfortunately no way to fix it post postproduction 🤦♂️ had fun still making this 😆📸
Also just a wee fun fact on top of the Topo Fast Too Furious thing, they were actually just standard Mitsubishi Lancers kitted out to look like Evo's. If I remember correctly from something I watched years ago, this was a cheaper alternative to actually importing some proper Evo's and converting them etc.
I may have got the number of cars that were evos/lancers wrong but they did apparently import real evo 7s at least 1 of but check out this video as I got a few facts from them.. cool vid anyhow. ua-cam.com/video/iHV_iF1bAEs/v-deo.html
2:13 The drone really brings out the best of the Evo Vii design... Vii is the best looking evo to me since its launch.

Evo 7s are the best evos!! It's missing a gear.. But still awesome! I don't see enough of them here in Japan though. Weird?
SAMs Corner they are so so cool! I love the old school feel of them and boy are they quick and practical 🤣🙌
Ross Reviews definitely quick and definitely a neck snapper!
Funny they made all the 8RS and 9GT special models with the 7's 5 speed gbox in japan as it was offering more torque and more reliable. Also 7 comes with the best injectors of all evos. Its a beast and an uderated one

That was a great salvage job Ross : good production. Could have done with some more footage of those four-wheel drifts. I'm sure that the reprobate from Victoria would agree : )

I’m starting to think owning evos is a disease. Started with a 4, then got a 6, and still want a 3 and a 7. Good thing the ol bank account can’t handle any more projects

Interior of any car made in 2000 is average. This car is cheap performance car and if you keep that in mind, the package is amazing. Have a look at wrx STI (which I own), they used pink stickers all over the car and interior.
Even mercedes Interior wad very average in 2000s and they were priced 3 times more.
Imagine giving this knucklehead the keys to u car... LMAO. Yeah, he's a UA-camr... totally qualifies me to hand over my keys! lol jk jk but fr.
